The 2025 meeting of the North American Theoretical Archaeology Group (TAG) convened in Williamsburg, Virginia, hosted by the Department of Anthropology at William & Mary which is the second oldest institution of higher education in the United States

The theme for the 2025 Theoretical Archaeology Group (TAG) conference at William & Mary (May 9-11, 2025) was "Gather, Listen, Engage". This theme emphasized community-based, ethical archaeology, focusing on the responsibility of archaeologists to their stakeholders and the, often, local community.
